Our simple stress free
building process
Many people believe that building can cause stress and a bucket full of anxiety. If you would like to start looking to build a new beautiful home for yourself and you're family, there is an easy way to go about it with Elite Construction.
We believe that communication is critical and we guarantee you will get plenty of that every step of the way, through our simple 6 step process to ensure this is a stress-free process.
1. Meet & Greet
It's always great to meet our clients on-site, we get extremely excited about starting a new project. While we are here we will discuss plans, ideas and budget
2. Design
If you would like us to assist with a soil test, site survey and draft plans an agreement and deposit will be required to cover our out of pocket expenses alternatively we are happy to work with you if you have plans already.
3. Budget Estimate & Approvals
At this stage, a budget estimate will be presented to ensure we are on the same page, once you are happy we are ready to submit it to the council and other departments to obtain the required approvals.
4. Plan & Review
Now the fun begins its time to make the selections for fixtures and fittings to make your dream home a reality.
5. Building & Contract
This is where the final contract is presented for you to review and sign once you are happy. It is then time to submit to your bank for approval (if applicable).
6. Start Building
This is where to magic begins lets make your unique visions become reality, with our capable team of skilled craftsmen we will endeavour to make this as stress free as possible.
